Most humbly it can be said that even the Judges are human beings and to err is to human. So unless and until the facts are not brought to the notice of the Hon Judges, the possibility of injustice cannot be ruled out. Even otherwise in many cases due to various circumstances the decisions can be faulty. So to avoid such unhealthy situation a proper presentation of facts at the trial court is essential or even at the appellate stage. Our attempt is to assist the litigants at various stages so that right information is brought forward in convincing manner.
We most humbly submit to the majesty of courts, and no submission on this blog which could be attributed to its author(s) should be construed as an act of contempt or disrespect towards our judiciary. We keep the Indian Judiciary in very high regards but we reserve our right to criticize in just and fair manner whenever we see that some kind of injustice is meted out.
We are a team of research professionals and we provide extensive judicial citations on various aspects of law. We can provide complete guidance from drafting to arguments to cross examination questions. We see that most of the time party to litigation are mute spectator and they leave everything to the advocates, we discourage such practice and we urge all the parties to take keen interest in their cases and assist and inquire with their advocates about day to day activity and implications of all the interim orders. The parties must appreciate that a lawyer can only help if maximum information is provided to him and he is assisted on the facts, which are in the possession of parties only.
